IRF is a film production company based in Los Angeles that specializes in feature films. IRF was founded by Rainy Kerwin in 2008 and is the production company behind the award-winning feature film "The Wedding Invitation" and "Assisted Suicide."

Rainy is the writer-director of the film, "A Neighbor's Vendetta." A Tubi Original. Studio: MarVista Entertainment. Release date: 2023. She is also the award-winning, writer-director-producer of the film, "The Wedding Invitation," currently streaming on Amazon and Tubi. The film racked up 6 wins on the festival circuit and was distributed by Freestyle Releasing. She was an extremely hands-on producer with “The Wedding Invitation” from funding all the way through post-production and distribution. Rainy's upcoming film "Marrow" is slated to begin shooting in 2023.
As a writer, Rainy’s scripts have been shortlisted for the Meryl Streep Women In Film Lab and the PGA Proshow Awards. She’s twice been a top 12% of The Nicholl Fellowship. Rainy is an actors’ director and loves working with talent. As a director and acting coach, Rainy has worked with over 1000 actors.
Rainy is a proud member of Film Fatales and the Alliance of Women Directors. “I’ve always been obsessed with movies, ever since I was a little girl in Winnipeg. The movie theater is my church. I love sitting in a dark roomful of strangers and going on a journey for 97 minutes.” A lover of all things funny, Rainy is known as a bit of a prankster.

Daniel Sollinger is the producer of the film "Clean" (Adrien Brody) that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was released by IFC. He is a graduate of New York University's Film School, and has been involved in producing over 60 independent films, more than 350 commercials, music videos, and short films for clients including Pepsi, Warner Brothers Records, CBS, Sony, and Comedy Central. His work has won awards from New York University, The American Film Institute, The Accolade Awards and the American Motion Picture Society.
After working on numerous rap videos for artists such as Will Smith, and A Tribe Called Quest, Daniel produced "Rhyme & Reason," a feature film documentary on hip-hop culture. It was distributed by Miramax Films and played in 280 theaters nationwide. Some of Daniel’s feature films include "The Alphabet Killer," "Girls Against Boys," "In My Sleep," "Rhyme & Reason," and "Without Men."
He is a member of the PGA and the DGA.
