A
IRF is a film production company based in Los Angeles that specializes in feature films. IRF was founded by Rainy Kerwin in 2008 and is the production company behind the award-winning feature film The Wedding Invitation and Assisted Suicide.

Writer-Director-Producer
Rainy is an award-winning writer-director-producer. Her latest feature A Neighbor's Vendetta, produced by FOX & MarVista Ent. premiered at number one on Tubi in its first week. Her directorial debut, The Wedding Invitation racked up 6 wins on the festival circuit and is currently streaming on Amazon Prime.

Rainy is an actors’ director and loves working with talent. Performance is paramount in her films. She directed and coached over 1,000 actors during ten years on staff teaching acting. Having starred in films like Pride & Prejudice, In My Life, and The Wedding Invitation combined with two years on stage in the comedy troupe, So Funny It Squirts, Rainy has an intrinsic knowledge of how to communicate with actors.

She was tapped by American Pie executive producer Warren Zide to rewrite his latest film, Rock Yard. Rainy has just completed co-writing a script with an Academy Award winning actor (currently under NDA until release). Movie is her eighth feature script.

Jared Vogt is the Co-Founder of Avalara Inc. and served as Chief Executive Officer. The company went public in 2018, reaching a market cap of $16 billion. Mr. Vogt co-founded MetaInfo Inc. in 1994. With his team, Mr. Vogt grew the business to over 20,000 customers worldwide, selling exclusively over the Internet. After the acquisition of MetaInfo in 1998, Mr. Vogt founded Trillium Lane in order to work with and invest in a number of technology startups in areas as diverse as digital media production, audio software and health care systems. His latest venture is Wolff Audio, founded in 2023. The company builds analog studio equipment with a modern digital twist. They have recently acquired long time legendary company, Pultec Inc.
Mr. Vogt is an investor and board member of several other companies.

TIM HARMS
Tim Harms is an award-winning producer who has been working in Hollywood for the past two decades. He emerged on the scene producing a slew of films for acclaimed writer-director Neil LaBute; House of Darkness (Justin Long, Kate Bosworth); Some Velvet Morning (Stanley Tucci), and the television series Billy & Billie starring Adam Brody. His feature The Vicious Kind premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for Best Actor and Best Screenplay at the Independent Spirit Awards. His film Skin took home an Oscar for best Live Action Short at the 2019 Academy Awards.
From the ground up, Harms has worn every hat in the producing world, which has allowed him to move seamlessly between genres and budgets, making him a huge asset to the It’s Raining Films team.
